Pricing

$9.95 a month, or $99 a year. That is for the whole account, with as many locations as you run. One plan. No feature tiers, no per-user fee, no setup fee, nothing metered, and no charge for a second site.

$9.95 a month is the launch price. Start while it is the published price and it stays your price for as long as you stay subscribed — a later increase applies to accounts that open after it, not to yours. Standard is $19.95 a month or $199 a year, and that is what a signup gets once the launch price is gone.

What is included?

Everything, at every size. Unlimited locations, unlimited staff, unlimited checklists, unlimited photos, and two years of photo retention. Capping any of those would cap the exact behaviour that makes the product worth paying for, so nothing here is counted and nothing here is metered.

Is there a free trial?

Fourteen days, and it asks for a card. That is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight: a card up front means the people who start a trial are people with a closing problem, and one person answering support can look after them properly. Cancel from the settings page at any point in the fourteen days and you are not charged.

Do you charge per user?

No. A twelve-person kitchen costs the same as a three-person one. Per-user pricing on a tool that staff are required to use is a tax on hiring, and it makes an owner think twice about adding the closing crew — which is the one group that has to be on it.

What does a second location cost?

Nothing. One subscription covers the account, whether that is one restaurant or six, and adding a location does not change the invoice. Each location keeps its own checklists, its own staff and its own digest.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly is month to month and cancels from the settings page in two clicks. Annual is $99 paid up front for twelve months.
